In order for us to release transcript information, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires that you give us a signed request. You may do this in one of three ways:
- Visit our office and fill out a transcript request form. Our hours are: Mon.– Fri., 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Mail in your request for a transcript.*
- Fax in your request for a transcript.*

Cost
Every request costs $5, additional copies will be $1 each for same day requests.
Please be aware that all LBC billings must be paid in full before any transcripts will be released.
