Since the founding of Lancaster Bible College in 1933, hundreds of international students have graduated with degrees and have entered professional ministries around the world. This year there are more than 19 different countries represented in the student body at LBC!

What does LBC offer International Students?

  1. Personal contact - Our office is ready and willing to work one-on-one with any international student who is interested in studying at LBC. The application process for an international student can be a long one, so you are encouraged to begin early and contact our office to help you through the process.
  2. Financial Assistance - LBC offers a 30% off tuition scholarship to needy international students. We also have work study programs on campus so that you can earn money working part-time while you study at LBC.
  3. ISF - The International Student Fellowship is an organization that gives enrolled international students an opportunity to meet and encourage one another with various activities throughout the school year.

Applying to LBC

International Students: Apply Early! In addition to each programs Admission Requirements, include::

  1. Proof of educational background, equivalent to an American High School education.
  2. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores. LBC school code - 2388.
  3. Completed and return the LBC Financial Information Sheet. As an international student, you must send sufficient funds to cover the first year of education before being granted final acceptance to LBC. We will let you know when the funds are expected.

Note: After receiving the proper funds, we will grant final acceptance and send the Form I-20 necessary for the government to issue a visa.
