Most students are able to complete the program in four years, with five years being the maximum time allowed.

Program Outcomes

The Leadership program is designed to give the student:

  • Development of an understanding of Biblical leadership and its application to non-profit organizations.
  • Development of an understanding of the organizational dynamics of non-profit organizations.
  • Development of the competencies and skill sets needed to lead non-profit organizations.
  • Development of the ethical, legal, and diversity issues in non-profit organizations.
  • Development of the appreciation for one’s personal leadership style and gifts.
  • Development of learning and research skills for maintaining life-long education.

Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership is a 15-credit program for individuals who do not need the M.A.M. degree.
